Une composante importante de la gestion de projet est la saisie des temps. Le but de la saisie des temps permet de comparer ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu (par le chef de projet ou le vendeur) avec le temps effectivement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes. Ventiler ses heures de travail dans les diff\u00e9rentes t\u00e2ches permet aussi de considerer du temps de travail comme un investissement et non des d\u00e9penses (d&rsquo;un point de vue comptable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le logiciel Rationalk dispose de nombreux formulaire diff\u00e9rents pour simplifier cette t\u00e2che qui peut sembler fastidieuse pour les collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En
